At The Pet Foundry, we are committed to delivering your pet products quickly, safely, and reliably across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India

• We do not ship internationally at this time

• Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable — you will be notified if your location is not covered

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

• You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched

3. Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 2–4 business days

• Other major cities and towns: 4–7 business days

• Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping is FREE on all orders

• Express or priority delivery, if available, may incur additional charges displayed at checkout

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS to monitor your delivery status on the courier partner's website.

6. Failed Delivery

• If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will attempt re-delivery

• After 2–3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us

• Re-shipping charges may apply for returned packages due to incorrect address or missed delivery

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs

• If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier partner

• We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the outcome of the investigation

8. Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different dates. You will receive separate tracking information for each package.
